Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy REFUND POLICY: As a rule, I have a No Refund/No Transfer Policy. I may offer a credit depending on the circumstances and at my discretion. When booking an appointment you are scheduling time AND a service. My time is valuable and the busier I get, the less I have to spare, so not showing up for an appointment and expecting to be squeezed in at your convenience isn't a good look or workable deal. CANCELLATION POLICY: A notice of at least 4 hours is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All Cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE and rescheduling an appointment will incur a $10 dollar fee. Notice of less than 4 hours AND No-Shows will require a new appointment to be set including a new payment of service. I do understand that things can get busy and hectic or things come up. I get it.
